Joined NVFD 1947, Chief 1985-1996. Was instrumental in the building of Fire Station 2. Good guy, good friend. Bill wore many hats during his 60 plus years of service to Bayside and the Northport Village Corp. Bill was at various times, Village Police Chief, Village Constable, Village Agent, Wharfmaster, and Trash Collector.
